Dear All,
In case of TradeMark registration in case of an individual registering for a mark on this name already using the previous date in that case what attachment we should give as Proof of the use of the word or mark??

you need to attach an affidavit along with proof of use.

Attach a user affidavit along with invoices to prove the user date

Hi,
Just need to submit Affidavit at the time of application.
Later, if the TM Registry asks for proof at a later stage, then you need to submit the Invoices, branding and other proofs where your TM appears.

you need to submit user affidavit for the time period you are using the trademark
POA shall also be attached
later if Registry ask then only proof of uses shall be given

As que is not clear, I hope u will get this
Trademark once registered for limited time then it is renewed for further time. If it is renewal, normal form is required to fill the same and payment of fees is required.
If it is not renewed within time, So you may apply for new application with affidavit.

In case TM .. Affidavit needs to be notarised ? Or Just on stamp paper will be sufficient?
