Status of Challan - Pending for Payment Confirmation

I have made payment of Challan on 12.02.2021. In Track Payment Status it is showing "PAID". But in Track Transaction Status it is showing "Pending for Payment Confirmation". Anybody else facing this issue?

I uploaded in pay later on 11.02.

Paid on 12.02 and approved today

Still the status is "Pending for Payment Confirmation". Will have to raise ticket i guess.... its 7 days now....

Same case here,
Challan paid on 13.02.2021 

Payment status is Paid but Transaction Status  showing status as Payment Confirmation awaited.
raised tickets 2-3 times No reply.
