Stamp Duty challan

Hello members,

While uploading Incorporation documents, 2 challans are generated

One for Incorporation and other for Stamp duty payment.

I paid Incorporation challan and then all of a sudden MCA portal showed some Transaction error and I cud not pay Stamp duty challan.

I checked MCA transcation status it shows - Waiting for Stamp duty Payment.

But how to find the SRN of Stamp duty....

Pls help me to resolve this issue asap

go to yr mca login and use services of pay latar section under stamp duty payment as regular, and use SRN of 1 CHallan

Thanx Mr. Jignesh.

Now again some issue with MCA..while paying stamp duty fee, funds got debited from my account but challan was not generated.

Payment status shows NOT PAID.

I raised tickets...But I doubt will my money come back in to my account if payment is not confirmed..

They say they reverse it in 48 hours....Do they really mean it...

Has anyone got reversal of funds....???

yes do not worry,....amount will get reversed ....i have received such credits many times

How to get Stamp Duty challan. (Only one challan genrated 131)

Go to Pay Stamp Duty & enter the SRN of SPICe+ & pay the same.

Dear Sir,

Happy evening !

Dont worry.

In such situation follow below steps:

1. Copy Main Payment SRN

2. Login to MCA

3. Go to Miscellaneous fees column 

4. Search Stamp Duty payment

5. Paste said Main SRN 

6. Make payment.

Your payment will be done.
