Filing Form FCGPR

Dear Learned Members,

We have filed form FCGPR with RBI and came into resubmission with the following Remarks:

"CONFIRM US STATUS OF EXCESS SHARE APPLICATION MONEY"

The company has received an excess share application money which is a very small amount, in this case how to confirm with them, means do we need to get any letter from Banker or any letter from Company need to enclose with the form.

Please guide

Hi

Whatever be the amount the company has to refund the excess amount to the applicant. That is the reason for this remark.

My suggestion for this - get a waiver letter from the applicant and attach the same with other attachment option in the form and also make clear with the respective authority on this matter.

Dear Member

Just attach one clarification letter signed and stamped by investee company that we shall return the excess share application within prescribed time period ie 75 days from the date of receipt of total fund in AD bank account in India.

We have taken Endorsement letter from Bank along with stamp below FIRC, our amount was just around Rs. 2 it was bank charges.
