Query while filing MGT 7

The company was converted into Public limited on 29/11/2025, now while filing form MGT 7 for 2025 in point No. VIII A Composition of Board of Directors, it is asking for minimum 3 directors whereas as on 31.03.2025 there were only 2 directors.

And further in point VIII B Details of directors and Key managerial personnel as on the closure of financial year if I mention 3 directors, while submitting the form following error is being displayed

Entered details is not associated with the company under the selected designation as on the FY end in field VIII.(B).(i)

So what is solution for this

Pls guide

• In the form:- In VIII A and VIII B, enter only the 2 directors actually on the Board as on 31.03.2025.

• If the utility still refuses to validate or submit:- Raise a ticket with MCA helpdesk / CRC explaining: - Company became public on 29.11.2025, but for FY 2024‑25, it was a private company with 2 directors; MGT‑7 validation is forcing 3 directors.  Attach a brief clarification as an optional attachment to MGT‑7 describing the conversion date and confirming that the company had 2 directors during FY 2024‑25 and became public only later.
