I am trying to download Form AOC4 and its annexure. 

On the first attempt It showing an LLP  Form, which is too corrupted. 

On second hit Except AOC4 other ANNEXURES are available in the folder.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to respectfully bring to your attention the persistent difficulties being faced due to non-functioning of the MCA portal during this critical compliance period. The portal has been frequently unresponsive, with repeated hanging, failed form uploads, and session expiries, making it extremely challenging to complete mandatory filings within the prescribed statutory timelines.

These technical challenges are resulting in severe inconvenience and stress for professionals and corporates alike, particularly as multiple key compliance deadlines are converging during the ongoing festive season. Despite our best and timely efforts, these issues are causing unavoidable lapses that may attract financial penalties and late fees for no fault of the stakeholders. Further there has been introduction of new Forms under Version 3 of MCA which requires additional forms filling and creating issues within the interchange of the forms making it difficult to cope up due to above mentioned issues..

We earnestly request your kind intervention for the following:

The immediate resolution of the ongoing technical glitches on the MCA portal, and

Grant a reasonable extension of all impending statutory due dates to allow companies and professionals to meet their filing obligations without undue hardship.

Your urgent action will provide enormous relief to the entire professional and corporate community, and will safeguard the principles of equity and ease of doing business.
