Correction in MCA data - Registered Address

Dear Group,

Can someone guide how the master data (registered address) on MCA be updated, regarding the correction of the registered office address for our company.

Please note that there has been no change in the registered location or address of the company; this correction pertains solely to a clerical error.

First of all, the error pertains to which period? 

if it is for online form, whether error happened at Company's END or at MCA End?

MCA/ RoC will allow correction only:

(i) the error occurs pre online mode; OR

(ii) the error occurred due to some error at MCA end

ELSE, file new form with correction and attach clarification letter
