Hello

There are numerous charges listed in the MCA portal in relation to my company.These are very old charges. The company does not have any proof of repayment, and at the same time, the lender also does not have any record of this repayment of the loan. I had sent a letter to the lender asking for a NOC for the same so that I could satisfy the charge, but they have not given any reply.

 

Find the attachment.

 

Please tell me how to satisfy all the charges.

You need to meet and discuss with respective banks and convince them to get NOCs

Without the charge satisfaction letter, you cannot close the charge. It is compulsory attachment. Bankers will provide the satisfaction letter. you need to provide them with sufficient documents to prove that the charge is closed.
