Can anyone share with me draft format  documents required for surrender of DIN 

and also on how much amount of stamp the affidavit is get printed

Still, DIN surrender facility isn't available on MCA Portal.

So, how can you surrender the DIN?

When you complete the pre security of said e-Form, error will pop up that "you can't surrender this DIN" .

Sir, if a person has been generated in two companies for 2 DIN and he wants to surrender on the first DIN, then what will be his solution because his KYC is not being done yet.

Attached document as required by you. Stamp duty in Karnataka is Rs. 20/- per person, need to check in other states (it will be the same amount as you take in case of other affidavits.

Do attach PAN, Aadhar and address proofs.

Sir, if you are able to identify the oldest DIN then you need to retain the oldest DIN, to which the companies linked to the newest DIN will be linked on surrender.

In my case, we could not identify which was the oldest/latest DIN since they were allotted in 2008, so I had to do the KYC for both the DINs and then file DIR-5 for the one which doesn't have any pre-scrutiny errors.

If its so then one can have 2 DIN?

So is it so one din we have to deactivate it by resigning from that post with that DIN and continue with new din and then surrender the New one??

Yes, even I agree with CS Kartik, and it is as per the Act, but was approved by the RD and de-activated. One of the companies was either struck/he had resigned, probably this could also be one of the reasons for approval.
