DIR-12 submission

Dear All,

Is everyone able to file form DIR-12.??

I'm unable to submit the form since few days and i have tried with all the browsers.

Kindly advise.

Clear cache memories then login on v3 portal... Then press Shift+control+R... Then try to file the form
