AOC4 pre scrutiny error

Hi All, 

Facing this error even after downloading the latest form from MCA website. Can anyone please help with how to resolve this?

Now while filing it is giving following error

I think there might be a mismatch in the XBRL xml file attached to the Form and in the details filled in Form AOC-4 XBRL. But it might also be sight issue....
