LLP INCORPORATION RESUBMISSION REMARK

Can anyone guide on the following resubmission remark received and documents format that are to be uploaded:

• 1. Furnish Subscriber Sheet in the prescribed format as given in the Form-FILLIP under ''Consent by Designated partners/Partners'' AND mention proper section 7(4) /25(3)(c) of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, witness and signed by the professional(CS,CA,CMA,ADVOCATE) mentioning the details of the professional i.e. NAME, ADDRESS, PROFESSION NAME & MEMBERSHIP NO. Also Mention the date & place (city/town) of execution in furnished Subscriber Sheet. Kindly mention date & place of execution in subscriber sheet 2. The web form- 'LLP Form 9' is for consent from designated partners having valid DIN/ DPIN. Therefore, in case of DP not having valid DIN/DPIN, kindly attach in form FILLIP, the consent in FORM 9 (physically executed) as per the format given in Section 7(3) of LLP Act, 2008 and the Rules made thereunder. Kindly provide web form- 'LLP Form 9 of all D/P. NOTE: ALL THE DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED AT THE TIME OF RE-SUBMISSION

You have Not attached the proper Subscriber Sheet & Form-9.

This is not a major issue....please attach properly to resubmit it.

Can you please provide me with the Subscriber Sheet and Form-9 word document? Do I need to execute them on non-judicial stamp paper?

I have received the same resubmission remark.I think its a prescribed remark/language.You have to focus on the part written as NOTE.

Attach Subscriber sheet & consent of all the DP.
