MCA fee for LLP Resubmission

Dear All,

I filed FILLIP Form for incorporation of LLP.

We paid the MCA fee initially at the time of filing the form.

However, it came for resubmission with some comments.

When we are resubmitting the form, it is asking the payment again.

Is there any way to resubmit the form without paying the amount again?
