Stamp duty on advance bank guarantee & performance Bank guarantee in Maharashtra

Dear All,

Any idea on applicability of stamp duty on advance bank guarantee & performance Bank guarantee in Maharashtra?

Is this correct , 0.2% on BG value ? if the guarantee amount exceeds 10 lacs.
