New limit:

Paid up Capital – Rs. 4 Crs.

Turnover – Rs. 40 Crs.

IS IT REQUIRE TO COMPLY WITH BOTH THE REQUIREMENTS...I.E.TURNOVER AND CAPITAL....???

IF A COMPANY HAS A CAPITAL OF RS.1 CR AND TURNOVER RS.55 CRORES...WILL THAT BE CONSIDERED SMALL COMPANY ???

If it has a turnover of 55 crores, it will be outside the purview of small company definition.

but I think, when we are filing F-AOC-4 or F-MGT-7 for the F.Yr ended on 31st March 2022, this will be applicable and we don't have certify for companies when PUC is 4 Crs or more and TO is 40 Crs or more
