MCA Portal Unable to save as Business User

Dear All

I have an email id in MCA V3 as Registered User. At the time of creating User Id as Registered User PAN details were also entered.

While changing the Category from Registered User ID to Business User by adding the roll as Company Secretary (i.e. CS in employment) I could validate the PAN details and selected the name of the company.

When the details are saved i.e. as Business User the screen is coming back to Registered User.

Any solution for this.

Incidentally I was a Nominee Director (with DIN linked to PAN) earlier when I was working State Government Undertaking. I retired from Government service. Now I am not associated as Director in any Company/LLP.

I also got the user ID i.e. email Id linked to DIN deleted in MCA V3 portal.

However since I am now working as Company Secretary in a Private Limited Company I have to register as Business user for filing annual compliances.

The MCA  V3 portal is not saving the change from Registered User to Business User by adding the role as CS in employment.

About 4-5 tickets raised with MCA portal. However the issue is not resolved.

Kindly suggest Any resolution for the above.

I am also facing the same issue, at the time of change of role from registered user to Business user for Directors, OTP is not coming on registered number.

My Few DSC are registered at V3 Portal as Business user and it is showing while LOGIN also but while filing form AOC 4 it is showing as not register with DIN No.

What to do?????

When the details are saved i.e. as Business User,  the screen is coming back to Registered User.  No OTP is received either to my email id or to my mobile number..

About 5 tickets were raised with MCA portal the issue is not resolved.  The resolution given by MCA team is to reset password.  This could not work.  I have been raising the tickets with MCA Portal since 22-09-2023.

Any solution for this.

I have the same problem too, regarding while the details are saved and it shows that profile updated message, after then the screen comes back to register user.

Any suggestions
