Altered MOA for SH7

Hi All

For increase of authorised capital, we need to attach altered MOA, and currently there is no eMOA available in MCA. Currently MOA and AOA routed through incorporation SPICE process.

Any thoughts? Basically, we need to increase the authorised capital. If anyone has a solution/process, pl share.

You can download the same but you have to pay Rs. 100 to download the same.

just draft MOA in word format and take signature from directors and attach the same in e-form.

You mean the earlier filed MOA (for this company), or the new FORM. From VPD we can download the already filed MOA, are you referring to the same?

You have to  draft word file of moa and aoa as it is there in mca records except the authorised capital clause which you have to change.
 You can copy paste the moa and aoa clauses wherever possible from the spice forms filed and type other things. 
Print and get that signed from the director and attach the scan copy of it.

NO NEED EXISTING EFORM CONVERT TO WORD FILE, CHANGES TO BE WHEREVER ACCORDINGLY.. GET IT SIGN OF MIN 2 DIRECTORS ,WITH CO.SEAL. CONVRT TO PDF AND ATTACH TO EFORMS SH7

Dear Sir, 
1- do the public inspection
2- Download the existing MOA from MCA 
3- Copy paste it on a word file or Convert it to a word file
4- make the necessary changes in Capital Clause
5- Get it signed and upload it with the form.
