Name of director not showing in MCA master data

Dear Members,

In a private limited company there are 2 directors. Out of which 1 director name 

is automatically not getting shown as director in MCA master data and only 1 

director is showing in MCA master data.

No form DIR-12 for cessation of other director is filed with ROC.

Please reply why only 1 director is showing in MCA master data when there are 2 directors

in company.

Please check if the other director has directly not filed DIR-11(For resignation) on MCA.

Have you recently filled MGT-7A ? if yes then see the form again.. You must have not selected the small company in that form and resulting that only one director details are mentioned and updated on MCA.

Thanks Members for your reply. I have checked and it is small company in MGT-7A and both directors details are filled.

I recently registered DSC of other director and after that his name is not showing in private company's MCA master data.

Please reply how it shall be rectified.

Cross check through signatory details is his name reflecting there.

In case a dir files dir 11 on its own then his name does not appear in the master data. however the same appears in the signatory details.

It is also not showing in signatory details. I have raised ticket on MCA site and waiting for reply.

Check the Signatory details. It will show on that link.

When director filed form DIR-11. It will show on the Signatory details but not shown on the Master data of the company.

Your problem will be solved through raising ticket only.  Do mention the SRN of the form through which the said director was appointed and mention the fact that he/she did not cease to be a director thereafter. 

It happened with me once in case of CFO. it was restored through a ticket.
