RESUBMISSION OF INCORPORATION E-FORM ERROR (SPICE B)

Whenever i am trying to resubmit the incorporation E-forms (Spice b), i am getting the error that the ' NAME RESERVE AGAINST THE SRN HAS EXPIRED".

But Re-submission of the incorporation E-forms has nothing to do with the Expiry of the Name approval SRN.

Is anybody facing the same issue and any resolution of the same.

Yes,

We applied for the same company name with New SRN followed to submit the document again sir.

This error is the only reason I always go for direct incorporation in V3 as there is no chance of name expiry.
