Auditor appointment in case of Newly incorporated OPC

Please advice in case of newly incorporated OPC - How an auditor to be appointed and when ADT-1 should be filed.

 Since there is no requirement of AGM- How it should be done.

Furthermore, please share the draft of applicable resolution for the same.

It will be of great help.
