open the spice form which was downloaded and DSC affixed form then right click on dsc

then view signatory field then add signature and click three options in trust field

then validate. finally shows all signatures verified in the top left side of the form.

After that upload the form then it will resolve and upload successfully.

  Something or the other, but issues remain persistent.

Try Hard. Relogin. Clear cookies, temp files. 

login via incognito window.
