Dear members,

I try to file DIR -12 in updated web portal V3 but every time when I entered director DIN no. for resignation and appointment portal doesn't take the director details and also Compan details..

I complaint so many times on their portal but no response received yet..

If anyone is there who know about the solution please let me know.

Sir this helpdesk people are also saying same thing delete the cookies work in incognito mode But tell me its being 15 days more almost everyone has tried this then raised the ticket if didn't get the solution. even today after 10 day i got reply to ticket saying the same thing delete cookies all shit But while filing SH 7 previous SRN which was not pending still that error comes that SRN is penig for CIN.

What to do? helpdesk people are saying its due to migration v2 to v3 data raise ticket it will sort out after raising ticket wasting 15-20 days getting this kind of solution?

Don't one think its serious issue. There is not who even saying that we are working on it it will sort in some time 15 20days nothing. delete cookies as if its not working on my laptop only?

There is appointment and resignation of directors. Hence I have to affix 3 dsc one for director to be appointed, one for authorized signatory and one for professional.. right?

I have registered the director as a business user directly and while associating dsc it is showing as already registered. Then uploaded the form. 

Is there any problem?

But its saying invalid. I can't understand whose dsc is invalid.

Then another issue is 

Could not upload DIR-3 KYC  and SH-7 

FED UP...

Even same error showing to me. for SH 7 & DIR 3 KYC..

No one is giving solution. Please let me know is this issue get resolved.. if you verify the dsc and upload it from desktop and clear all cookies and everything then this error won't generate but then this upload button doesn't work...

Hello, earlier I had filed llp form-3 successfully but later on it came for resubmission. Now while I am filing same form for same firm its giving error DSC verification failed. Its a big technical glitch from MCA website. 

I had filed the form-3 using llp firm business user not from professional or designated partner business login. From DP or professional business user login I am not getting any page to fill the form-3. Anyone filing the forms using partner login as business user?
