Personal Details Mismatch error

Dear all,

While registering the Director as a Business user on V3 portal, getting an error that " Personal details mismatch, please guide if anyone has a solution as I am getting this error in all business user registration.

The details of Director should match with Pan, ie. first, middle and last name otherwise you cannot associate dsc till it is rectified in Pan data base.

    Not working radio button in Table applicable to Company and Name and Registered office address is not filling automatically.

Then asking for a contribution amount and First Subscriber sheet. This form is for increasing authorized share capital not for incorporation.

Then DIN could not enter

Is there any solution?

First register as Register as Registered User and then update it to Business USer.  It worked for me.

Dear Gitika,

Now give details as per KYC and not as per PAN.  I faced the same problem, but once I gave as per KYC, it got upgraded.
