error in SPICE+PART A - NAME RESERVATION -Save Submit Call Failed

Hi All

FACING THIS ERROR IN SPICE+PART A - NAME RESERVATION- Save Submit Call Failed.

i have been trying since morning but due to this error not able to proceed in name submission.

Can any one suggest how to resolve this?
