If you encounter an error for user account already exists with the email ID provided,
you can follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
1. Register it as a registered user, by using an alternate email ID of the director.
2. Once you have successfully registered as a registered user, go to the profile and update the profile as a Business user.
3. Add DIN number associated with the director's profile and save the changes.
By following these steps, you should be able to overcome the error and register the director as a business user on the V3 portal. This worked for me.
