Can we pay challan of Rs. 92k through credit card online?

Also if form get rejected do we get the refund ??

Even tho I have approved name through spice A

Hi Roma,

There is no concept of refund in MCA, 

If the form gets rejected after 2 resubmissions, you need to pay the stamp duty one more time.

No refund is available for a rejection unless you paid by mistake, or paid twice.

I have filed Spice A and name got approved.

But while I have applied for the name I got resubmission that Change Activity code I did the same but while prefilling the spice B the earlier code is coming..

Shall I file Spice B or there will be any problem as the code is other category ??

Its technical issue. We can help on technical issues.

But one thing I would like to tell you, suppose your form(spice+ part B) got rejected by any reason, you can apply refund of amount paid for main challan via Refund form available on mca portal. And If you wish to claim refund of stampduty fee, same can be applied through State Stamp Office

I would like to differ from Ms. Nidhi's words.

The conditions under which refund can be claimed are mentioned at MCA's website.

Further when you will fill the refund form for a form which was rejected, the refund form will show a prescrutiny error that the SRN against which refund is being claimed is not approved.

I am from tech team. Firstly understand what I said, then put your views. I am not asking to claim E series srn(stampduty) refund. I have done research in this. You can claim refund of Main SRN(may be M or F series) but scenario is that- if have to incorporate company with same name then you can apply for refund of previous spice+ part B form which got rejected

I am also talking about F series SRN. May be you are taking out of your research, what I am saying is out of my experience. If your form got rejected and you want to incorporate a company with same name, and want refund of spice+part B then you need to talk to the concerned officer, offer them something etc. Etc. Filling form won't help.

And if you are really sure, I have a form pending such refund. Why don't you help me claim it.
