Downloading of MGT 14 forms in V3 portal

Hai

I have filled 3 Mgt-14 forms, but not able to download the submitted forms.  On clicking download button, nothing is happening.   Anybody has  got the form downloaded or any solution?

Yes, you have to pay fee on the spot or if you are failed to proceed with the same it reflects disclaimer of 4 hours.

Payment will be done after 4hours. Because you have to pay the amount at the time of filing, if you stuck then you can pay after 4 hours. 

And I think MCA does not allow to download the submitted form from V3.

But I'm not able to submit the MGT_14 yet.

Could anyone tell me what is procedure after clicking on "Proceed to E-AOA & E-MOA" ?

After that you need to mentioned the clauses of existing MOA along with new changes in the separate columns. And on submission of MOA , two separate forms get downloaded. One is MGT-14 and other one is MOA. 

Remaining procedure is same as in other forms.

Dear members,

It's been 4 days since I am trying to file form mgt 14 for name change. I am unable to proceed to emoa  and eaoa. I am using fire fox to fill the form in v3 portal.  Can you please guide me why I am unable to proceed further for filing emoa and aoa. I canceled  the form thrice so that proceed to emoa is opened. Also in the optional attachment I have attached altered aoa and moa pdf format. Is this not required now.

My form Inc 33 is opened now for change in name. However I cannot  select the table, the name of the Company registered office of the company will be situated in the state of .

However object 3 (a) and 3 (b) can be filled. The share capital. First subscriber sheet can be attached

I am trying to file my forms in Firefox. I am filing mgt 14 for name change and Inc 33 is prefilled in the name clause, registered address clause, object clause need to be filled manually. However  when i save or submit it states technical error. What to do . Any body can help me in this regard.

same issue was with us in professional business user login then mca helpdesk asked us to file from company business user login and its filed today.

No issue with MGT-14. I have filed and its got approved.

But in SH-7, while submitting the e-moa, technical error msg is showing. Then I booked a complaint and mailed. Now another msg is showing that the Company has to file INC-22A ACTIVE

MGT-14 form - payment details still showing with an additional fee only and I think that the system not yet updated for waiver of additional fee.  Anyone is getting without additional fee.

No. Its showing only a normal fee. I have filed with the date 09.12.2022. There is no additional fee charged.

I was able to download MGT-14 from professional user ID, probably MCA solved CIN invalid issue from backend after raising query.

But now forms are showing Digital Certificate Verification failed, pls affix valid DSC. Pls suggest if anyone has any solution?
