How to change email id of director

Dear Members,

I have filed Form DIR-3 of a director by mentioning my email id and mobile no. and my email id and mobile no. is also mentioned in my DIN No.

Now when I am trying to register dsc of director it shows error that email and mobile no. already exists and OTP is not generated.

Also I cannot file Forn DIR-3 KYC since DIN No. is allotted this year and Form DIR-3 KYC can only filed in next year.

Please provide solution to this problem so that I can register dsc of director.

ITS REALLY DIFFICULT TO CHANGE EMAIL AND MOBILE, IF DIR-3 KYC IS NOT APPLICABLE FOR THAT YEAR, I  RESOLVED THE SIMILAR ISSUE 2 DAYS BACK BUT IT TOOK  ALMOST 1 MONTH.

Hi Mohit,

If you receive the DIN before 31st March 2024 then the last solution is you have to deactivate your V3 account and file the KYC for your DIN with a different mobile number and email id and register the same withV3 after KYC.'

And next year you have to file the KYC Form with correct mail id and mobile no.
