Query in Form ADT-3

Dear Members,

Please reply on below mentioned query:

An auditor firm was appointed on 30.09.2014 in a private company for 5 years and was

reappointed on 30.09.2019 for 5 years.

Now auditor is resigning and ADT-3 is require to file.

Please reply in Form ADT-3, date of appointment shall be 30.09.2019 or 30.04.2014.

I presume that, the reappointment is made in the Board meeting. If the Board meeting is held on 30.09.2019 for re reappointment, mention the same.
