Problem in uploading Form DIR-3 KYC

Dear Members,

Please help in following problem:

I have filled Form DIR-3 KYC for a director and downloaded the form. 

But after downloading the form, I am unable to affix DSC of director and professional in it.

I have attached filled form for your reference. Please reply how can I affix DSCs in attached form and upload the same.

Today there is a technical error for affixing the DSC as the block of DSC is not showing in form so better to wait for a day.

Please also reply If I again try tomorrow by downloading the form, will I be able to affix DSC on it or I again have to fill the form and do OTP verifications in it.

There are many countries where Notarisation is very costly and time consuming. When Government is talking ease of doing business, is KYC completion  year on year basis not harassment ? Our Government too removed gazetted officers signature in many places then how they can impose unnecessary compliance when we can have other alternatives arrangement ?

Edit the form and then attach the attachments once again and submit. This time the form will be ready for affixing DSC
