How to change email of director

Dear Members,

Please help on below mentioned query:

A foreign director's email is wrongly mentioned in his Form DIR-3.

We are trying to create his login id and in which his mobile no. and wrong email id are 

prefill, when we generate OTP for login id creation then due to mca site error otp does not 

comes through sms and other email otp is not received due to wrong email id.

If we try to upload Form DIR-3 KYC for changing email id then it asks for DSC registration

which cannot be done before login id creation.

And in Form DIR-6 there is no provision to change email id.

Please help that how can we create login id and register DSC in above case.

Please follow this procedure, it worked for us.

1. Create as Registered User first;

2. Update profile as Director;

But what in the case of already account created with wrong email id 

In my case login created with wrong email id and now I am not able to change email id.

Same in my case too. The V3 account is already created and the otps are going to the older id which isn't active anymore. 

We need to file DIR-6 but due to non-association of DSC that won't be possible. Any other way out?
