INC-23 approval

We have received order of RD but INC -23 status is still showing under process , while filing form INC-22 error is showing e form is pending against the company

Can you tell whether there will any problem in approving inc-22 because it will be filing very late after RD order and from which date you are filing inc-22 I mean current date or from RD order date

I took effective date 15/04/23 in Inc-22, the form got approved
