Hi

Do we need to file DIR 6 for change of address? Or can simply file DIR 3 kyc as kyc has not being filed yet?

DIR-3 KYC is an annual mandatory filing for all DIN holders to verify personal details (email/phone), while DIR-6 is used to change/update specific director particulars (name, address, PAN, etc.) with the Ministry of Corporate Affair

I just want to know if Kyc is pending so can we file the same and update Address or we first need to file DIR 6???
