In case shares have been transferred during the year, the following documents are required: Board Resolution for approval of transfer, duly executed Form SH-4, and a CA-certified list of shareholders

But it's already certified in latest balance sheet prepared as on date by CA.

Do still we need CA certificate??

Yes, if shares are transferred during the year. (i.e. in FY 2025-26)
