clause 3(a) are".

But in V3, we are not allowed to edit main objects and for ancillary objects, there is a maximum limit of 4000 characters. So, how do you put it in detail?

Is there any solution for the character limit (i.e 4000) issue? Can we attach the entire MOA to the eMOA ? Did anyone find a solution or reply from MCA on the above subject?

MCA and helpdesk from ICAI advised to attach the whole altered moa & aoa, *they are working on it to increase the limit to 1 Lac.

The limit of maximum characters of 4000 is already removed.

Now you can mention more characters.

Maximum Limit of 4000 characters in E-MOA is applicable for main objects only now.

Limit of 4000 removed for Ancillary Objects.

You don't need to mention all here.

Just mention all amendments in E-MOA in objects. Here you can just mention that we are adding the clauses in MOA main objects.
