Error encountered while signing!

Can anyone please guide what this error is and how to fix it? Please 🙏🏼 I was signing SPICe forms!

Hi swarnima

I have faced the same issue but it was solved by the DSC owner who edited the function of adobe PDF reader and computer software of dsc then error solved. You can call me to discuss in detail.
