Shifting of registered office from one state to another state of LLP

Any one has done shifting of registered office from one state to another state of  an LLP? Can you please send the procedure ?

Has any one done shifting of registered office from one state to another state of an LLP? I just wanted to confirm whether LLP deed will be executed prior to the Newspaper publication or after the publication?

Hi

LLP deed is to be executed once you receive Approval after filing LLP Form 15, so LLP deed will be executed after newspaper publication

1. Check whether there are provisions in the LLP Agreement w.r.t the change of Registered Office, if not, then the consent of all partners would be required for Registered office shifting from state to state along with the concent of creditors, if any.

2. Publish a newspaper advt. at least 21 days before filing of Form in One English newspaper and in one vernacular language of state where the registered office was situated.

3. File Form-15 within 30 days with the following attachment:

A. Consent letter (if any)

B. Proof of Registered office (Electricity bill or Rent agreement along with NOC)

C. Copy of newspaper advt.

4. Execute Supplementary Agreement and File Form-3.

From the procedure, i  understand that  after approval of Form 15 , we can execute the agreement and not prior?
