Dear members,

After logging into v3 portal its showing me the applications of companies which are not even mine, is it happening with others also please let me know?

the names of companies are different

I am trying to file Form DIR-12 for a Small company, but still it is asking for DSC of practicing professional, further, DSC box is not getting activated to affix DSC of practicing professional.

I got the name reserved for the new company on Friday and it was approved as well but now i can't find the spice+ documents on v3 though there is a tab in v3 for that name approval but now how to proceed further for incorporation as there is no edit option in the name reserved tab.

Non sense changes are being implemented even though the system is not working properly for already rolled out forms. Forms changes done drastically demanding information whereas no changes have been made in rules in which format of Form provided.

INC 20A demands various information whereas Form 20A in rules is different.

We hope they will not include Annual Filing forms for at least 2 years. ICSI is only conducting webinars not taking any steps for resolutions of issues faced by members.

V3 is simply waste of time.  and in V3 forms for even small companies requires Certification.  

Not even able to register DSC of a Director, everytime OTP needs to be sent and should be in constant touch with the client.

I found the mini dashboard for spice part-B but it's blank and there is only one "File" button which is also not working but after clicking on that button I received an email that my incorporation application is filed though i have not filed part--B yet.
