Error in CHG-1

Dear Members,

I am facing the following error from the past 1 month, kindly advise to resolve it. Raised several complaints, but no response from the ministry.

"CIN/FCRN entered is not valid. Kindly enter a valid <CIN/FCRN>."

Enter Company Name to find CIN. I just entered it in my login credentials to check it. It worked.

Yes it will work when we use Company name search, but when I enter DIN, I get an error as "Director Designation is selected only in case of Indian Company" hence unable to submit the form.

Then try it from a different PC. I can't say anything about it. It's a technical error.

I tried on many PCs and different browsers, but no solution. The thing is that once it crosses 120 days we are unable to file forever.
