Once a company is struck off by ROC, you can't file any forms nor the company can function as the CIN gets blocked. If you want the company to do business, it has to be revived by filing a petition before NCLT & once NCLT passes a favourable order, the same has to be activated by the concerned ROC after submitting the requisite documents & after payment of penalty imposed by NCLT.

After the status is converted to 'Active', you can start doing the filings.

Mr. Balram,

As stated earlier, if the company is really interested in re-starting it's business, then only go for revival before NCLT. Else, leave it & let it remain struck off. However, if the company is suo motto struck off by ROC, then the directors of that company shall be disqualified & their DIN's will be blocked.

let us hope that it is NOT DECLINED and all concerned will take a pragmatic and sympathetic view and suitable extend the time line for CFSS and for CFSS LLP filings , as otherwise the small scale sector MSME sector etc will have a serious setback.

More concerned is, and I pray for the MCA to work smoothly and permit convenient manner for uploading the e-forms, without any blackouts.
