Company Stamp/seal rules

Hi all

Would you like to know if there are any rules around company stamps/seals? I mean to ask about the physical seals that we place on the financial statements.

Maintaining a common seal is not mandatory anymore. However, you need to affix round stamp of the company while signing financial statements or documents.

Thank Karthik. Can you please help us know if there are any rules around the rubber stamp? Do we need to follow a specific pattern as per the law?

There are no specific rules as such. You need to have 2 types of rubber stamps. One is a stamp which will mention 

For ABC Pvt Ltd

Director

Another is a round stamp which will mention the name of the company
