Resignation of director not reflected in mca

Dear members 

One of the director has been resigned  and form has been files however his name is reflecting twice in mca master data and in one name its showing director has resigned. However on the other name it's showing director is still there.

The company  is stating they have filed the form dir 12 for resignation. Please guide. What should be our next course of action in this regard?

Hi,

Incase the Director name is appearing with the resignation date that means only form DIR-11 is filed on behalf of Director. The Company has not filed Form DIR-12.

if still the company has filed, then kindly ask for the form and Challan and raise the ticket with the MCA

You have to speak to MCA only as it's a technical fault from their side. If the ROC is within your jurisdiction, carry with you the copy of the challan & also the copy of the master data & show to them.

This has happened in my case also, the resignation date is still appearing with the Directors name ,  as the DIR-12 was never filed, only DIR-11 was filed.

so unless DIR-12 is filed the name will not disappear.
