Checklist for conversion of Pvt co. into LLP

Can anyone provide me with the checklist for the above purpose ?

Hi,

I am sharing you the process in short as this much is only required for conversion 

the procedure  for conversion of pvt ltd into llp

1.obtaining DPIN and DSC

2.Filling name reservation with ROC

3 filling incorporation and conversion documents I.e, Filip and form 18 

4 drafting LLp Agreement 

5 Intimation to ROC in LLP form 14 

6 obtaining Certificate of registration 

7 Filling LLP Agreement in form 3 with ROC 

Documents required:-

1.For name availability u need to have resolution passed by majority shareholder and resolution for authorising any director to apply for name of LLP 

2. For form 14- LLP needs to inform the registrar about such conversion within 15 days of receipt of COI 

3.for form 3- llp agreement ,partners resolution and within 30 days of incorporation of LLP .

Thanks for your prompt response. I have few queries:

1) Form 18 is to be filed after the incorporation certificate is issued ?

2) Form 14 is to be filed for intimation to Registrar of Firms or ROC ? Since we are already intimating ROC through Form 18 

3) Whether Shareholders meeting is required for the same ?

4) If a company is having a transaction pertaining to unsecured loan borrowed from director, will that be allowed for converting the same into LLP or should the same be nullified ?

Form 18 is to be filed simultaneously with fillip. 

Form 14 not required now.

And yes you can convert with the unsecured loan .
