DSC verification failed query

Is there solution to this query on MCA V3 DSC Verification failed. Please affix valid DSC.

An early reply will be highly appreciated.

Hii Swati Kankariya,

Please check your form in adobe reader after signing the document. If it is showing the error of " one or more signatures need validation" (At the topmost area).  Then you need to validate your signature in the reader itself by clicking on the signature >  Signature Properties> Show Signature Certificate> Trust> Add to trusted certificates> Tick all the options and save your file. Reopen your pdf to see if the status of the form has turned to " Signed and all signatures are valid". After which retry uploading your form and it should be filed without any dsc validation error probelms.

same problem in my form also..form says to attach DSC at all places..do we need to that..do we need to attach DSC of both the partners?

It works but now it is showing that DSC of Professional is not registered with MCA.

Hii  Shubhra, You are filing Form-8 for Annual Return or Charge.

If it is Annual return then you need to attach the dsc of both the partners and in total 3 Signs of partner and one sign of professional.

Please register the dsc of the professional if you haven't. You can check if the DSC has been registered to your profile by going to Profile and clicking on Show DSC Option

I am trying to upload INC-22 but error is coming that DSC verification failed...and I followed the procedure but again same error is happening.

I had the same issue, so raised a ticket, simultaneously, updated the director user role, Changed the dsc PIN,  re-associated dsc, and edited the form but uploaded the old form for which an error came and it got uploaded. Dont know which step worked, the form is uploaded after multiple time of trying.
