Re- Name Approval Letter

We have applied Change in Name of Existing Private Limited Company through RUN. On having a telephonic conversation with MCA Corporate Seva Toll Free, it has been conveyed to us that the name has been approved and it's already been 3 days since MCA has approved the name. But to our surprise, we haven't received any approval/ rejection intimation on our/ client's mail. Is there any way that we can download the Approval Letter from MCA?

I also suffer from the same problem from last 10 days.Even after taking follow ups regularly, only one answer is received from the department that

The stakeholder is being informed that CRC has approved your SRN. As regard your submission it is stated that the issue is technical and to be resolved by the technical team. Itis not related to CRC. Therefore, you are requested to generate ticket regarding the matter and wait for the response from the concern department.

Can't do anything.

Dear Ramachandranji

We have filed RUN form for change of name of LLP which was approved and received letter of approval to mail , but while filing Form 5LLp , form getting prefilled with new name but while submitting ,showing error as not approved SRN , pls fill valid SRN since 30 days , we have raised ticket, reopened ticket still my issue not resolved and while calling help desk asking to wait till it resolves , Pls suggest

There are multiple problems which all of us are facing with MCA. And the ticket system that they have is just rotten to say the least. The only way to bring all these problems to the attention of the top brass is to write to the head honcho. He will not do anything, but at least he will become aware of the situation which we professionals are facing.

Yes, it’s a copy paste reply we are also receiving for various issues in incorporation, stamp duty, non generation of certificate of incorporation etc.
