Can Aadhaar be used as identity proof for incorporating a company?

PAN is mandatory for Indian residents, you can use Aadhar as address proof, provided the applicant has a valid DIN.

For a director, Adhar can be used as address proof. However, for subscriber, you need bank statement or the utility bill not older than two months.

Yes you can use AADHAR as Proof of Identity ,No objection will be raised just select any option from Drop down and attach Aadhar card as Identity proof.

Sir if a director has 2 din id and company with first din is closed then its kyc is possible or not or old one din will be surrendr or not
