AGM on 30.10.2025 with UDIN of 13.10.2025

Dear all,

We have generated a UDIN on 13.10.2025 for the balance sheet, and the AGM would be held on 30.10.2025. Do we have to pay any penalty regarding this, or do we have to attach any additional attachments?

Please let me know its very urgent.

Old company should have held its AGM by 30 Sep 2025, if  a company wants to extend date to hold AGM than it should file GNL 1 with roc stating reasons for the extension.( Max 3 months extension allowed).

But is there any due date for GNL-1? I think it should be filled before 30th September. please give an alternative solution
