COI for LLP

Hi, Incorporation of LLP is approved on 21/05/2022. PAN is allocated but COI is not received yet. Inspite of sending several mails to CRC and Application helpdesk MCA, no reply from them. Is there any other solution.

Nothing seems to be resourceful coming from the helpdesk as well. I received my name approval letter after a week.

I got my fillip approved but no mail from mca...next day got both pan and tan from nsdl and tan dept...but not recd any communication/ COI from mca

When i search mca database my llp name is also not reflecting

What us happening no clue

In my case also LLP approved on 25.05.2021, PAN and TAN received , but COI not generated yet, SRN status is showing as Pending for PAN and TAN Allocation, many times raised ticket but no reply from Help desk.

We are also facing the same issue. CIN and TAn got issued on 19.05.2022, however, COI and PAN have not been issued till date.

And no use of calling helpdesk NSDL or raising ticket.

Hi everyone,

I am facing a problem while filing an LLP registration through fillip that NOC and Subscriber sheet are not correct. This is the 3rd time I got a rejection comment  as same. I am not able to find a solution to what MCA is asking. Please guide me to solve the issue.

NOC i merged with Rent agreement (Owner name in the NOC and rent agreement is matching and in the proof also - gas bill)

Subscriber sheet with consent letter i uploaded. I tried DSC and physical signed scanned copy both. They both got rejected.

Please share proper subscriber sheet content and NOC

Dear All,

I had faced a similar situation, from what I got to know is, there is a communication gap between various departments due to which there is a delay of 5 days in some cases. Raising a ticket would slightly speedup the process.
