It is very difficult to reject MGT-14 by the ROC.

In one of my case, the same thing. We have filed a different petition with the  Calcutta high court for this and with the order of high court only, they marked the form defective.

Dear Members,

There was a typing mistake in the due date of AGM while filing AOC-4. The Due date was mentioned 31.03.2023 instead of 30.09.2023 in the Form AOC-4. Now for cancellation of AOC-4, we have submitted the necessary application along with Affidavit and board resolution.

Further, for cancellation of the SRN what form do we need  to file GNL-1 or GNL-2 or only application would suffice?

We also visited the ROC but Roc is on leave and will be available after Pujas, and no other personnel responded properly. 

Further, someone suggested to File GNL-1 but the fee for the same is coming to Rs. 10,000/-  and we are not sure whether to file GNL-1 or GNL-2. and the due date for filing the revised form is near.

Can someone please suggest as to what can be done?
