Name application query

We have XYZ ltd and XYZ partnership firm , and we want to convert XYZ partnership firm into XYZ llp , so in run application because of our XYZ ltd not able to submit the run application, so can I direct file the fillip form without name approval conversation of XYZ partnership firm to XYZ LLp with noc from XYZ ltd , will roc approve ?

Yes. Please attach a resolution by xyz ltd allowing the name usage and noc and attach the pan of the director/authorised person signing the ctc and noc. The pan shall be self attested with date. Needless to say, a  Clarification letter  also to br attached.
